As an Experienced Sales Representative, you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote Liberty Mutual Insurance products including Auto, Home and Life Insurance. You will leverage our relationships with thousands of Affinity Groups to target customers and build your client base. First year earnings average is between $70K to $85K – through a combination of base salary, uncapped new business and renewal commissions, and bonus structure. Responsibilities: Selling Auto, Home, Life and other insurance and annuity products to individuals within an assigned territory using consultative sales techniques Identifying prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of insurance coverage that is tailored to their specific situational need Developing and maintaining business relationships Making presentations to decision-makers of corporations to establish or maintain an Affinity relationship Participating in various incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals Exceeding sales goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines

As Business Development Manager, you will socialize & implement cross-segment business development initiatives for the Pennsylvania branch offices. Working individually or as part of a project team, you will perform research and analysis to develop new business opportunities and incremental fresh quote lead generation activity. You will also develop recommendations to address issues and make persuasive sales presentations to internal and external stakeholders. You will improve business processes and support decisions that contribute to the profitable growth of Strategic Partnership. Responsibilities Represents Liberty Mutual as the Area partner and small employer development manager for area account acquisition and new account marketing at the Area level. Participates in the identification, research and prospecting of new partner and small employer accounts. Responsible for sales proposal development, negotiation and sales process. In coordination with local branch management, proposes, negotiates and implements a customized marketing plan for new partnerships and small employers that maximizes new policy generation, conversion rates and overall premium targets at the branch office level. In coordination with branch management re-negotiates dormant and underperforming accounts within the area and re-establishes a customized marketing plan that maximizes new policy acquisition and enables branch management to develop new business policies within the account . Work closely with Area management to establish target offices and branches for production improvement through new and dormant account development. In coordination and support of branch management delivers focused support through account development activities for new sales representative that drives new business per capita growth. Collaborate with Partnership and Consumer Marketing managers and Account Managers to coordinate acquisition tactics as well as compensation modeling and contract development. Identifies and participates in regional and city industry groups and meeting that attract decision makers within targeted industries for networking and prospecting purposes.
